Bijal plays an invaluable and vital role within the company as the Finance Manager and PA support to the MD. Since joining the company in 2022, she has streamlined the invoicing system, improving efficiency and the process of invoices, as well as chasing debtors. Bijal has been in the Construction industry for over 20 years, starting as a document controller for a local construction firm, where diligence and accuracy in releasing information were key responsibilities, which she has carried into her new role in the finance department.  Managing cash flow within the business and assisting with the running of the business and office generally adds to her duties. She is also PA to the MD, helping, where possible, with documentation required by the MD. Bijal graduated in India as an engineer in Industrial Electronics, is used to managing fine details and logic, and values everyone doing their bit for the business. 

Outside of work, Bijal enjoys building creative Lego, gardening, learning about ancient Egypt and was a district champion in Air Pistol/Rifle shooting which she has recently restarted after almost 30 years.
