Lloyd is a Chartered Engineer with almost 30 years’ experience of working in Local Government, the charitable sector (Royal National Lifeboat Institution) and the private sector.  Since joining the company in February 2026, he brought a worth of knowledge and skills in design, survey and maintenance of residential (traditional and non-traditional), commercial, education, environmental, defence (security cleared), car parks and heritage structures.  He is also experienced in using the common construction materials (concrete, steel, timber, masonry and aluminium) in accordance with British Standards, Eurocodes and American Codes of Practice. Llyod holds a current CSCS card and a certificate in Asset Management awarded by the Institute of Asset Management.

In his spare time Lloyd enjoys skiing, motorcycling and DIY. He has recently finished a full remodelling of his kitchen, bathroom and garage conversion.  Lloyd has a particular interest in Japanese culture and language and spent a year living in Japan.
