Internal promotions at Godsell Arnold

𝘈𝘴 𝘸𝘦 𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘶𝘦 𝘵𝘰 𝘨𝘳𝘰𝘸 𝘢𝘴 𝘢 𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘱𝘢𝘯𝘺, 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘴𝘦 𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘮𝘰𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘴 𝘴𝘵𝘳𝘦𝘯𝘨𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘵𝘦𝘢𝘮 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘧𝘶𝘵𝘶𝘳𝘦.

Thomas Rigden (IEng MICE) – Senior Project Engineer (Steelwork)
Thomas heads up the steelwork section of GAP with a primary focus on connection, staircase, and balustrade design and recently completed his I.Eng with ICE. Thomas has developed strong relationships with external stakeholders which has supported the ongoing growth of our business.

Adam Sweet – Project Engineer
Since graduating in 2020, Adam has matured into his engineering role working well with clients and the project team. Adam is gaining knowledge in all aspects of the business and is relishing taking on the added responsibilities within his new role.

Luke McNally – Associate
Luke joined GAP Ltd in 2007 as a CAD technician and has been gaining knowledge both in engineering as well as the business overall. He has been building strong relationships with clients, especially those in the medical sector, as well as with contractors, architects, and other members of the building industry. Luke successfully completed his AMIstructE exam in Jan 2022 and then passed the written exam, he now awaits the results from his Chartership interview. We recognise his dedication to the company and his growth within the profession with this promotion.

Jason Bale – Project Engineer
Jason joined us in March 2019, 10 days before lockdown. Jason managed to continue his growth and learning during lockdown and his onsite experience added to his knowledge in the consulting role. His communication skills at all levels on site and with clients helps him to build relationships with the team. We know that he will continue to expand his knowledge in all areas.
