Naish and Wallgate achieves Breeam Excellent

GAP is delighted to announce that our project for Naish and Wallgate has achieved Breeam Excellent interim certification at design stage. Working closely with Brightspace Architects, Ridge and Partners and Cooper Homewood from RIBA Stage 2, we explored multiple construction method, green roof and water harvesting options along with sourcing of recycled and local materials to supplement credits to the latest assessment standards. We also utilised the One Click Life Cycle Assessment plug-in for Revit, to directly integrate sustainability information into our BIM package.
