Beachside Residential Development

GAP is currently part-way through development on a beachside residential project in Sandbanks Poole.
GAP is providing structural and civil design expertise, which most notably in this project is a reinforced concrete frame with partial basement and a steel-framed top storey.
Completion of the programme is due mid-2025, however the primary structural frame will be completed by Summer 2024.
