GAP's accreditations

Firstly, the ISO 45003 Psychological Health at Work accreditation. We take mental health extremely seriously at GAP Ltd and earning this accreditation helps us manage psychosocial risks in the workplace, by allowing us to develop structures and processes that identify the primary risk factors. This in turn helps us pinpoint the improvements we can make to our working environment and help our team.

We are proud to announce that we are one of the first organisations in the UK to achieve this and have already started implementing essential changes such as training Mental Health First Aiders and setting up policies and procedures to help support our colleagues. We understand mental health is a very important topic which is why we have made this accreditation a priority.

Another important and relevant topic for organisation is cyber security. Here at GAP Ltd we take potential cyber-attacks and compromising our data and that of our clients very seriously.

Being Cyber Essential Certified means we have protected ourselves by working with a nationally recognised body that also works with the National Cyber Security Centre. This not only helps protect us internally but also all clients and suppliers we work with. 

Finally, our ISO 9001 re-accreditation. This certificate relates to our quality management systems that are embedded into the company. As this is the world’s leading quality management standard, it shows our customers and potential customers that we deliver a high-quality, reliable service. The purpose of the annual renewal is to ensure as a company we are continuously reviewing and improving our internal processes to make them as efficient as possible.
