Godsell Arnold Partnership Ltd is delighted to announce that we have been named Regional Winner in the ‘Best Individual New Home’ category at the LABC Building Excellence Awards 2025.

The winning project was delivered in partnership with Western Design Architects, Matrod Frampton, Power Naturally, Thermal Acoustics, and BCP Council, showcasing a strong collaborative approach and a shared commitment to quality.

The LABC Building Excellence Awards are the largest business-to-business awards in the building control sector. They celebrate not only the visual appeal of a building but also the skill, innovation, and problem-solving demonstrated throughout design and construction. Projects are judged on sustainability, effective collaboration, site management, and the ability to overcome challenges while meeting or exceeding building regulations.

This regional award places Godsell Arnold Partnership Ltd among the top contenders for the national finals, which will take place in early 2026.
