Back in October we were delighted to share that Godsell Arnold Partnership had been named Regional Winner at the LABC Building Excellence Awards 2025 in the category 'Best Individual New Home'.

We are now even more delighted to announce that Branksea Avenue, Dorset has been selected as the National winner in the 'Best Individual New Home' category at the LABC Grand Finals 2025!
