Parvalux Progress

Construction is now underway on the new production facility for Parvalux Ltd in Cabot Lane Poole. GAP have designed a new 130m long steel framed factory and office building, which will create the large open spaces necessary for the various production areas.

In response to current steel price increases, our engineers have worked closely with the fabricator to maximise efficiency by optimising steel section types and utilising composite decking to reduce floor weights. GAP have employed our in-house expertise to produce a full 3D structural model, which has greatly streamlined the coordination stage and the production of fabrication drawings, which has allowed prompt orders and prices for steelwork to be secured.
